I started ChaLEAN Extreme, which is a 90 day program on 4/30/12 and have done the whole 30 day Burn Phase of the system without missing a day!  Now I'm on to the Push Phase.  The push phase is another 30 day phase, and then it goes to the Lean Phase.  This work out is amazing, and hopefully soon I'll have some video of me actually doing it, right now, I'm still swearing and calling Chalene bad names.  I'm hoping to upload some before pictures, yes I have them, but WILL NOT upload them until I have some during pictures....because my before pictures are kind of scary to look at by themselves.  I will also have some measurements to go along with them. 




Now for those that are wondering what Skinny Fat is.....it's a term I heard about a year ago, that pretty much described me.  Skinny, small framed but no muscle tone, I have more fat than I do muscle.....for those of you who know me, and are shaking their heads, yes I'm skinny, but like I said, there is no muscle it's all turned to mush!!  I couldn't button my jeans without sucking it in, and then when I let my belly out, there's a muffin top and that's not so hot with some of my summer tops!!  I often found myself wondering WHAT HAPPENED TO ME!!!????  The important part to remember is that I was NOT happy with MYSELF, and people often get upset with me and say, but you're so TINY.....yes tiny and can't fit into my clothes anymore, and you know what???  This ISN'T ABOUT YOU, IT'S ABOUT ME!!  I still weigh the same as I did 7 years ago, but it all turned to something I'm not familiar with......so that's why I'm building my muscle back up, it leans you out and tones you up.  I still weigh almost the same as when I started the program, but I have lost several inches and can finally pull up my jeans over my thighs without having to do the dreaded jump and bend 10000 times.  Oh and they button without sucking in now too.  I'm not trying to be 100 pounds like I was in high school, those days are gone, but I do want to stay in my clothes and feel comfortable in them.  I refuse to buy a size bigger!!  So yes, picture are coming soon!!
