I hope everyone had an amazing Labor day weekend!! I know I did and what a beautiful weekend on the Oregon coast. We ended our Saddle Mountain night with a romantic healthy BBQ at home, and a fire in our fire pit. I just can't believe our 11 year anniversary is coming up in 6 days! WOW!!
I know I've talked a lot about the 60 Sweaty Summer challenge that's going on right now, and how the 7 girls started their journey of fitness and health on July 16th.....WELL guess what?? They have 10 days left!!!! HOW FAST WAS THAT?? I'm opening up another private Facebook page for the 60 day "Fall into Fitness" challenge, I have a couple spots left so if anyone would like to join in, please let me know!! I'm hoping to start up this next challenge group on September 10th (was suppose to be the 3rd, but I reopened it for a few more people) If you're interested in the details please email me at Hunnieshadow@yahoo.com, message me on Facebook or post below! I feel this is the perfect time to melt off those summer pounds that we sometimes gain from all the BBQ's and drinks and lazy days by the pool or beach. ALSO an amazing way to get a head start on the holidays and your New Years Resolution!
I've got a lot of stuff coming up in the next few months, and these weeks seem to be going by so fast......I'm heading into my second month of ChaLEAN Extreme and Brazil Butt Lift and it's been fun, I can't believe how much I love to work out now! I have two runs coming up, the Kiss Me Dirty mud run on September 22nd and the Great Columbia Crossing 10K on September 30th. I'm so excited!!! On October 1st I'll be starting the Ultimate Reset, it's a 21 day body reset, and I'm super excited to share this journey with everyone!! If any of you have been thinking about starting this, join me on October 1st, we can do it together, keep ourselves accountable! After I do the 21 day Ultimate Reset, I'll be starting 90 days of Turbo Fire!! I'm going to miss lifting heavy :-( but once I'm done with Turbo Fire, I'll be starting the CLX/TF hybrid and I'll be happy lifting again!! Also, I'll need to start training for the Shamrock 15K that's actually on Saint Patrick's day this coming year, and the BIG Portland Rock n Roll Half Marathon on May 19th! The Shamrock will be a nice training platform to jump into the half training.
Anything exciting coming up for you?
How was your summer?
