These are my 1-90 day stats!  I've lost 12.75 inches on my body (and that's not with each arm and thigh), and I HATE to admit this, BUT this is without eating well.  I mean, I didn't go out and eat fast food every night, I think I had McDonald's fries once.  I did drink on the weekends, and maybe a few times during the week, I ate homemade mac and cheese probably more than a few times, ect ect.........for those that know me and my hubby, you all know how he LOVES to cook, so of course I eat what he cooks ;-P  Now that he's gone for a few months, I can start watching what I eat a little more carefully.  The things I don't do, I don't drink coffee, I don't drink soda unless it's in a mixed drink, I don't eat fast food more than once a month and that's if Devin is home, I don't eat milk chocolate, and if I eat dark chocolate it's probably a few times a month and I drink my Shakeology everyday, I either use it for breakfast or lunch, or use it as one of my two snacks during the day.
